Cotls 9-4... 6 in a row...

The Colts have won 6 straight games now. This was a total team win. The last few games they had to hit a couple of plays to win late but we dominated the whole game. I liked to see the defense step it up again. Manning looked like he and the WR got there timing together more. This is going to be the team to beat come playoff time. They are getting hot at the right time and no team is going to want to play them.

There is only one thing that concerned me and that is the running game. We didn't run the ball like we should have. We only had 57 total rushing yards by Joe and Dom. I think this isn't going to be a problem but I hope they can run the ball next week against Detriot.

FAMILIAR FORMULA 8-4... Getting Closer....

With the Colts not scoring one single TD on offense today they manage to get out of the game with a win. Familiar Formula you might say that is keeping this Colts team a live this season getting win after win. Yes, Thats right the Defense is the Colts Forumula this year to keep on winning. They have won the last 5 games but have only won by a total of 20 points throughout the winning streak. Peyton didn't play good today but the whole defense did. They played like all of us Colts fans want them to play. Remember the Colts are playing great defense without the Defenseive player of the year out..

The whole offense was lost from the first play. Addai fumbled the first play of the game then nothing really clicked after that. Manning fumbled on a QB sneak, then threw two INTS. I know the Defense stepped up for the win. I think this was a one game thing where the Colts actually felt more comfortable with there Defense out there than the Offense.

I know Manning and crew will turn this around next week...

Colts back on track 6-4

Now after ten games this season the Colts are 6-4. They have won the last 3 games they have played. I honestly believe they are back on track. The offense looked great the last 3 games. The Defense could still improve but as long as the offense looks good then we are okay with that.

Back to 500. Can't complain

With the win last night against the Patriots put the Colts back at 500. There is a lot to take from this game some being bad and some being good... The bad first off was not being able to get going after we scored during the first half. We were flatt after Manning to Gonzo combo scored. The good Sanders looked healthly, Manning no INT or the WR no tipped passes, and the second half. We came out during the second half wanting to win the game not just stick around with them. We only won by 3 points but if the team didn't come out in the second half like they did we would have gotten beat...

With being 4-4 we can't complain.. We have a very favorable schedule coming up so maybe we can string some together and get going like we know we can. Lets Go Colts...

Colts are 1-2 going into the bye week.

The Colts are 1-2 going into the bye week. From the first 3 games I have obsereved that the starters need to play more during preseason. Peyton so far this season has looked like a sluggish QB this has alot to do with the removal of the bursa Sac.. So far during the first 3 games his stats are

120 ATT. 71 Comp. 59.2 % 784 Yards 261.3 YDs/G 3 TD 4 INT 73.1% Rating

Even with these stats he still gives the team a chance to win. He has to improve also if he wants to continue to the playoffs...

The Defense needs to do some soul searching to see what each indivual players can do to stop the run. With Bob Sanders in the lineup the Colts are allowing over 181.5 yards agame on the ground...  Bob is a major part of the Colts defense to stopping the run but he can't do it all. The players need to do some soul searching to do something different to stop the run...
